How Glovex International handles the travel enquiry information you share.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected service, destination, preferred date, traveller count and message. These details are stored to review and respond to your travel request. Please do not include passport scans, card details or other sensitive documents in the initial message.
Purpose and access
Your enquiry information is used for trip planning, quotation preparation and communication about the request. Access should be limited to authorised agency staff. Where a confirmed service needs supplier details, the relevant information can be requested separately and handled in the agreed booking process.
Device preferences and your requests
Saved journeys are kept on your device as a convenience and can be removed using the save control. The site does not add advertising trackers. You can submit a contact request quoting your enquiry reference to ask about correcting or deleting enquiry information.
