A practical checklist for hotels, transfers, sightseeing and clear inclusions.
Look beyond the number of days
Two itineraries with the same duration can offer very different experiences. Compare how many full days you have in each city, how often you change hotels and how much time is taken by transfers. A thoughtful plan leaves room for meals, a comfortable walking pace and the experiences that matter most to you.
Check hotels and transport together
The location and room arrangement can matter as much as a hotel category. Ask about the proposed property, room occupancy, breakfast basis and transfer arrangements. For a multi-city journey, check whether the quoted intercity transport is rail or air and how you reach the station or airport.
Make inclusions explicit
Sightseeing does not always mean that every entrance fee, guide or optional activity is included. Ask for an itemised quote listing meals, attraction tickets, transfers and any additional services. International airfare and visa-related costs are included only when stated. This gives you a useful basis for comparison and avoids assumptions.
Confirm conditions before committing
Read payment milestones, supplier availability, cancellation rules and change conditions. Explain special dietary, mobility or family needs in the first enquiry. The sample tours on this website are starting points; use them to communicate the experience you want, then review a personalised quotation before making a booking decision.
